Future Feels: Landing in the field

Every year there are new artists that graduate. After the summer, they will arrive in the professional cultural field. But what is that field? What thoughts, motivations and doubts are felt by these young creators? What artistic, professional and personal tools do you need to manoeuvre through your career? How do you set up new projects, and how do you get a job on-stage? What stages even exist? How do you find other creators and how do you find the environment that make you thrive?

During a daily exchange programme, we explore these questions together with the students. We reflect on each other’s works, meet other creators, go to performances together and dive deep into creative sessions and masterclasses.
