Doe de groeten aan de ganzen is about a brother and sister. The brother is sad because it has been a year since the dog passed away. Together they decide to celebrate the anniversary of death with a party. The cake has just been cut, the lemonade poured out when the doorbell rings. Death comes to visit and that turns out to be very pleasant.
