Participating at Boulevard
Before and during the festival, there are several opportunities to be more than a visitor, audience member, volunteer or Friend. You can take part in performances or activities! Join Bart van Dongen's The Aanhaak Fanfare, or see if a workshop by Daniel Mariblanca or Chiara Bersani is something for you. Below, we have collected all opportunities to participate. This list may still grow!
Make music in the AANHAAK FANFARE!
During Boulevard, The Aanhaak Fanfare will practice everyday, together with Bart van Dongen, to be able to play the composition Bossche Klanken on the last day of the festival. Do you sing, rap, play an instrument or use the laptop, are you deaf or blind; join in! Be welcome, regardless of your experience, age, background or qualities.
Workshop A True Story by Daniel Mariblanca
Choreographer Daniel Mariblanca and Theaterfestival Boulevard invite you to celebrate being trans! In the days before the performance you get to work in a workshop with dance and movement together with Daniel and other participants. Are you interested or do you want to invite someone?
Worshop SOTTOBOSCO by Chiara Bersani
A few days prior to the performance, Bersani enters into a collaborative process with experts by experience - people with a physical disability - from Den Bosch and the surrounding area. Are you interested in participating in this workshop or would you like to inform someone about this?
IONA and RINEKE are looking for penpals
Musical theatre company iona&rineke will present the first part of a trilogy at Theatre Festival Boulevard which they will create over the next two years on the theme of being sick. That theme does not come out of the blue, because they were/are sick ourselves. They would like to be in contact with experts by experience (both in caring roles and '(ex-)ill') over the next two years. They do so by mail, with their pen pals. Maybe you like to become a penpal.
